OVERVIEW

PNATDB (Protein-Nucleic Acid Thermodynamics Database) is a manually curated database for protein-nucleic acid interaction thermodynamic information.
The data were collected from public available databases ProNIT and dbAMEPNI, and extracted from the literature. This database contains 12,635 protein-nucleic acid entry, covering the general information about protein and nucleic acid such as sequence, structure, annotation, and the thermodynamic parameters such as equilibrium constant, association constant, dissociation constant, binding free energy along with experimental methods and conditions. PNATDB is also cross-linked with other relevant databases, Pfam, UniProt, SMART, etc.
